Open /home/user/public_html/dir/install and step through wizard.
Choose an admin user name with the first letter being capitalized.
Open catalogue then admin page.
Attempt to log on with the the exact same user name and password provided to the wizard (with capitalization).
Remove all capitalization from user name and attempt again.
These two logins should result in failure and success. After the initial login using the cap stripped name normal use will resume. This normal use, however, allows for non-case sensitive usernames so both "Name" and "name" work with the same account and password. I do not know if this is intended but I thought I would include that note as well just in case.
